Job Description
Currently we are seeking a talented Salesforce Program Delivery Lead to be a part of the Pacific Life Next Generation Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform Center of Excellence (CoE). This transformational team is helping to redefine how customer relationships and data are managed on a single platform for Pacific Life’s retail businesses across marketing, sales, and service utilizing tools from Salesforce.

The CRM CoE is rooted in an agile based project management environment with iterative development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams. Capabilities are being deployed in a series of foundational phases with the CoE responsible for ongoing operations support, governance, and managing the program back log and capability enhancements.
The Salesforce Program Delivery Lead provides day-to-day delivery leadership and oversight across all NextGen CRM Scrum Teams.
Identifies and manages interdependencies, issues, and risks.
Drives the individual teams and resources towards critical path milestone completion for upcoming release events in order to deliver releases within targeted timelines.
Supports Program Owner with overall portfolio management.
Ensures successful execution of the roadmap priorities in partnership with Program and Product Owners.
Develops and optimizes integrated program delivery through structured processes. Prioritizes and coordinates activities and tracks progress.
Coordinates and supports scrum resource needs, when necessary.
Ensures health, effectiveness and efficiency of speed-to-market / agile delivery to optimize program spend and business unit buy-in.
Acts as the central point of contact for vendor contract-related needs. Performs as key linkage to sourcing for SOWs, etc.

10+ years project management experience at encompassing increasing levels of project complexity.
Experience working with the Salesforce platform including working in Lightning/Communities, APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services
Salesforce certifications preferred and/or prior experience with Salesforce systems integration work
Experience with Agile Scrum delivery framework with basic working knowledge of the key phases across the software delivery lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
Experience working with distributed external resources and vendor teams (onshore and offshore)
Strong project management skills, including influencing skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables efficiently
Excellent communicator and presenter with proven success in developing client relationships and managing client expectations
Possess excellent customer service, research and analysis skills.
Requires good organizational/documentation skills and the ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of division and corporate management.
Ability to anticipate, identify and overcome impediments to project success.
Strong numbers orientation and attention to detail, including knowledge of basic statistical and mathematical calculations
Experience in organizing and analyzing data into actionable conclusions and recommendations for presentation to business owners in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Demonstrates organizational, time management, oral and written communications, and multi-tasking skills
Ensures all objectives and deliverables are consistent with sponsor expectations
Proactively identify innovation opportunities (e.g., new communication options & idea sharing)
Possess excellent customer service, critical thinking, research and analysis skills
4-year college degree
PMP certifications highly preferred as well as Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification a plus
