Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systemsis seeking a Systems Engineer - Technical Integration.
This independent performer willsupport the Program Manager and Business Area Director with tasks and logisticsthat enable program leadership to achieve operational excellence.
Primary duties will includefacilitating the processes and tools to support end-to-end Program Plans andthe utilization of tools to perform analyses, visualization, and optimizationof program data. Candidate will facilitate cross-IPT and cross-program integration,Earned Value Management, Risk Management, and campaigns for successfulcompletion of critical program milestones. Other duties will include support toprogram office planning and communication, facilitation of crossprogram/mission technical and programmatic initiatives, and tool and metricdevelopment.
-Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) disciplinefrom an accredited university with 2 years of Electrical Engineering experienceOR
-Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) disciplinefrom an accredited university
Candidatemust have, and be able to maintain, at least ONE of the following active U.S.Government security clearances:
-Dept of Defense Top Secret level with a background investigation date within 6years OR
-SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within5 years OR
-Dept of Energy Q clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)completed within 5 years OR
-Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within 5 years
-Must be highly detail-oriented and a skilled communicator with excellentpresentation abilities.
-Candidate should be able to autonomously assess complex problems and decomposethem into a plan of action while coordinating across a large and diverse teamof program, business, and technical SMEs.
-ESD design experience
-Previous technical program integration and EVMS experience is preferred.
