Northrop Grumman Aerospace SystemSector is seeking a Supply Chain Programs Manager 3 to join our team ofqualified, diverse, individuals in the GSC Programs organization. This positionwill be located in Redondo Beach, CA.
In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to:
- Responsibleand accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of all material andservices content for a Program or collection of Programs
Actsas the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entiresupply chain and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chaincommitments are met, and that appropriate mitigation plans are developed andexecuted to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers
Developsthe material strategy and leads the activities for GSC in all phases of theBusiness Acquisition Process (BAP)
Ensuresthat prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) planshave complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurementand subcontracts strategies
Leadssupply chain Program execution and is accountable for resource planning,material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management,supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution
Briefsthe PMO and executive management on the status and issues affecting Programcost and schedule performance
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement experience; 5 years with a Master's degree
- Must have an active Top Secret clearance with investigation in the last 6 years
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access
- Experience with SAP
- TS/SCI clearance with investigations completed in the last 6 years
