Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for Manager, Supply Chain Programs 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Palmdale, CA. The selected candidate will have full responsibility and accountability to lead GSC integration in support of the Strike Program. They will lead staffing strategies, labor management and drive process improvements across GSC to ensure alignment with program priorities. The role will align deliverables to meet overall cost and schedule objectives; this includes, but is not limited to, performance metrics, briefing packages and presenting key message communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for managing and integrating GSC metrics and processes
- Integrates and provides visibility of staffing strategy and requirements
- Conducts coordination meetings across GSC functions to ensure alignment
- Assists with proposals as appropriate to Palmdale operation
- Supports program initiatives from a GSC standpoint (affordability, schedule optimization, etc.)
7 years of experience in SupplyChain management and/or Project Management; 5 years with a Master's degree
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
Experience leading multi-disciplinedteams
Ability to obtain Special ProgramAccess Active SCI clearance
Experience with development programs
Excellent 2-way communication skills (upward anddownward)
Active SCI clearance
