Job Summary:

Our Booking Department is looking to fill an internship position for the

Spring semester of 2017. This is a part-time unpaid position for academic credit, with the possibility of future employment.

 

Areas you will be learning about:

  • Creation and issuance of artist contracts
  • Contract and deposit tracking
  • Touring schedules
  • Obtaining box office reports
  • Internet market research and internal statistics
  • Creating and implementing a project that ties in both Music Internship and school curriculum with support from Live Nation bookers and marketers

Qualifications:

  • Preferably be a college student currently working towards a Music Business degree
  • Minimum 2.8 GPA
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Minimum of 12 hours per week

 

Skills Desired:

  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Stellar phone etiquette is mandatory
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML tags
