Job Description

This position reports to the CRM Administrator within the Finance Team. The successful candidate will provide support and services to include but not limited to the following: Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibility Job Responsibilities: • Prepare, maintain, and distribute daily reports • Create and maintain ongoing log files in Excel • Create and set up new accounts in SAP • Maintain and verify SAP data for accuracy • Review contracts and required documents for completeness, accuracy and formatting requirements • Help maintain and track any deliverables; coordinate with management to collect data as needed • Extensive scanning of files and filing (both paper and digital) • Effectively manage online files and adhere to naming structure • Set up Dealer Portal Access for customers • Ad-hoc activities as required Desired Characteristics: Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies: Results-Driven: • Having a proactive, goal oriented approach to decision making. • Clear and strategic thinker; proven experience in translating strategies into actionable plans • Capable of handling multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion • Responsible for projects that have hard deadlines that must be met Team Player: • Having respect for colleagues; leading teams with clarity and accountability. • Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively work with all levels of a global matrixed organization Change Orientation: • Able to adapt to changing demands and conditions. • Must not only adapt, but must champion new and more efficient methods and techniques to meet the needs of the company Customer Focus: • Providing exceptional service and quality to external and internal customers • Must treat all customers with utmost respect, understanding that they have different needs • Develop relationships with other departments based on honest communication, mutual respect and teamwork Self-Awareness: • Accepting responsibility for personal development and actions • Have clear objectives and strives to exceed them • Takes ownership for personal career and skill development Other: • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Basic Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • SAP; preferred but not required • STRONG attention to detail • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Excellent customer service skill • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, tasks and conflicting priorities • Good time management skill to meet the tight schedule and deadline • Motivated and Proactive and Positive • Teamwork attitude, be flexible and work under pressure

Experience Required: 3-5 years proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) •STRONG attention to detail

Resource will spend 70% - 80% of the work preparing and scanning documents to help with a large project. There will be other duties as assigned
