Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEWThis position is responsible for the direct loan servicing activity to meet established goal for services, sales, productivity and quality of work. Directly responsible for management and development of Servicing Department staff. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES•Responsible for ensuring mortgage loan servicing policies and procedures best serve the Bank and its customers. •Oversee daily operations of servicing department and supervise servicing staff, hire, train, assigns discipline and conduct performances appraisal.•Review all custodial bank account reconciliations•Responsible for timely delivery and accuracy of all investor reports, cash remittances and reconciliations•Responsible for monthly reconciliation and certification of all general ledger accounts •Provide advice, counseling and solutions through staff and directly to customer inquiries.•Provide service and service support, training, coaching, recognition and subordinate development to all servicing staff•Research and maintain accurate statistical records of department activity and relevant information.RequirementsSKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS•Extensive experience in managing a high volume department in mortgage operations•Strong leadership, coaching and management skills,•Excellent oral and written communication skills •Well-developed problem solving skills to research and resolve discrepancies •Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment•A professional work ethic and attitude•10 years of work experience with Navigator experience strongly preferred
