The Girl Scout Council of Orange County is a 501(c) 3 corporation with a yearly operating budget of over $7M, serving 24,000 girls and 12,000 volunteers through out Orange County, California.  Our vision of creating THE BEST leadership development experiences for all girls in Orange County drives us to seek exceptional people to become part of a team to achieve our strategic goals and fulfill our mission,  Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.
