- Ability to maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community by ensuring that lighting, grounds, curbs, signage, leasing office, central garbage areas, parking lots, and other buildings and common areas are free of debris.
- Effective use and knowledge of various cleaning equipment, tools and products.
- Keeping tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Cleaning vacant units.
- Communicating requests for maintenance.
- Must have an employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of mechanical maintenance and repair techniques.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), and/or equivalent work experience.
