We are currently looking for knowledgeable, outgoing candidates to fill a Marketing Coordinator position at our corporate office in Newport Beach. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for achieving the company’s key marketing goals through the utilization of advertising and marketing materials. This position also provides support to property staff and General Managers. Job Duties include but are not limited to: - Acting as a marketing liaison between the corporate office and apartment properties. - Assisting in the development and maintenance of a marketing plan and strategy. - Tracking and monitoring ad sources, marketing promotions, marketing events, and marketing objectives. - Changing, clarifying, and rolling out new print ads, marketing promotions, and events. - Maintaining and publishing marketing promotions and event schedules. - Managing the annual budget plan and expenses. - Tracking monthly metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing activities. - Creating collateral marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, etc. All team members will work directly with the public and must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Skills / Requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of product or real estate marketing experience. Experience in social media and online marketing preferred. - Experience in marketing, public relations, and customer service. - Effective problem-solving techniques. - Excellent verbal and written communications skills. - The ability to think globally, proactively, and creatively. - Capability to understand and prepare various computerized reports related to the responsibilities of the position. - A high level of organizational and time-management skills - Ability to handle and assess work performance of vendors, support services, and subordinates. - The skills to effectively communicate pertinent information to corporate departments and field personnel and understand and intake same information. - Valid California Drive License. Position is required to maintain insurance and good driving record in accordance with company policies and insurance carrier. - A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field is desired. Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Important Notes
