Job Description:

write code to support and enhance a system which takes data from numerous sources (web services, html pages, images of documents) and produces a package tailored for each of our clients according to their specific business rules

work with project managers, other developers, clients and service providers to clarify problems and identify solutions

be willing to write clear, reliable code, as well as to implement spur of the moment changes when necessary

be able to focus and complete tasks with rapidly changing priorities

enjoy digging into existing code and carefully refactoring

high level of skill with HTML, JavaScript, SQL and one or more formal programming language (C, C++, C#, Java, Ruby, Lisp)

pragmatic ability to solve difficult or pesky problems

experience as a programmer working on a medium to large scale application

experience with web application and database design

experience working within a team of developers

excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

an eye for well designed code and user interface

proof of eligibility to work in the United States

experience with ColdFusion not required but appreciated (most of our code is ColdFusion, running on Windows servers)
