Job: Housekeeper

Essex Property Trust, Inc., is a fully integrated real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires, develops, redevelops and manages multi family properties in selected West Coast communities. Currently Essex has ownership interests in 133 multi family properties and an employee population of 930. Our corporate office is located in Palo Alto, California with regional offices in Southern California and in Washington State.

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team!

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for efficiently performing all cleaning of apartments after resident vacates. Responsible for all phases of overall cleanliness and physical appearance of the property and unit appeal. Other cleaning responsibilities include laundry rooms, rental office, restrooms, common area, floor care, model upkeep, and trash removal from vacant apartments.

No technical ability required. Some housekeeping experience helpful. Familiar with safe use of tools and cleaning products. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to complete scheduled, routine tasks quickly and efficiently without supervision.
