Job: LVN/Medication Technician For Assisted Living In Corona, Riverside

We are currently seeking LVN/Medication Technician to join our quality team.

Responbilities:
Administering prescribed medications to patients , maintaining related medical records
using specified procedures.

Verifying identity of patient receiving medication and recording name of drug, dosage, and time of administration on specified forms or records.

Taking vital signs or observing patient for change of condition,and prepares report, notifies
designated personnel of any incidence, Understands and implements emergency protocols.

Answering phone calls, followup doctor's appointments, filing, auditing, supervising, resident
care and service. Multi tasking and organizational skills required. This job requires supervision of 8 other Med Tech's and must assist the Administrator.
