Job: E-mail Specialist

Are you excellent with customers, multitasking and problem solving? Starcrest Products of California has an opening in our Customer Service Department for an Email Specialist. If you are naturally positive, helpful, courteous and interested in providing superior customer service, we are looking for you! This position will be responding to emailed customer inquiries through online correspondence. Versatility is a plus, as you will also be providing phone support during busy peaks. To be successful in this position the ideal candidate must possess strong grammar, writing and proofreading skills.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or comparable Call Center environment.
-Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
-Possess good judgement, initiative and follow-through capabilities.
-Must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment.
-Personal computer experience required; knowledge of the Web and Word Perfect.
