Job: Military Admissions Representative

The position of Military Admissions Representative drives admissions recruitment and requires heavy outbound call volume to prospective students, appointment scheduling, and handling of telephone, mail-in, walk-in and internet-based leads.

Success in this position requires competitive disciplined execution of the following:

Respond to a high volume of telephone and/or email inquiries from prospective students

Execute high volume of outbound phone calls

Promote programs at in-house and external recruitment programs using effective presentations and tours

Follow-up on leads and set appointments

Discover prospect needs and overcome objections

Lock-down individuals for commitment by guiding them through the entire admissions and enrollment process to ensure students begin class

Commit to some evening and weekend hours for recruitment programs

Experience Required:

2 years experience in post-secondary education recruitment or sales with strong closing talents

Experience working with and meeting sales or enrollment goals

Direct U.S.A. Military service or spouse of Direct U.S.A. Military service

Skills Required:

Possess clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills, strong phone skills and familiarity with e-mail campaigns

Minimum bachelor’s degree

Proficient with basic software including Microsoft Office

Inside/Phone sales is REQUIRED

Exceptional social and multi-tasking skills needed to consistently deliver results
