Jobing Description
Position involves coordinating inputs and requests from customers with the capabilities of the Company. Duties include handling various requests from customers involving pre-sales and follow-up as well as customer service requests for calibration services, warranty issues and repairs. Generates quotes and processes new orders and calibration/repair orders using the AS400 system; reviews customers' input and questions and responds using Applications, Engineering and/or Manufacturing resources as necessary and applicable; follows up and monitors progress of orders internally; generates repair quotes; coordinates and follows up on outstanding quotes for new sales and repair; performs sales-related clerical duties as and when required; complies with MMC quality requirements; brings a team approach that works in a culture embracing continuous improvement, flexibility, teamwork, respect, outstanding listening and problem-solving skills, easy-to-work-with attitude and accountability.
Skills / Requirements
Requirements include a minimum of 3-5 years' customer service experience, knowledge of AS400 system, ACT CRM experience and post high school education. Also required are Email, MS Office, and typing skills, ability to interact courteously and objectively, and to strategize, plan and coordinate efforts in a way that maximizes cash flow for the Company. Must be able to multi-task, be flexible to changing conditions and "think on your feet". Knowledge of microwave theory is a plus/desired.
