Universal Protection Service is currently looking for Security Professionals throughout the Palm Springs area, including Indio, Cathedral City, and Palm Desert.

We routinely have the following positons available:
Entry level and experienced Security Professionals (uniformed, unarmed)
Foot Patrol Officer
Bike Patrol Officer
Vehicle Patrol Officer*
Gate Concierge
Roving Officer*

Our client sites need protecting 24/7. That means we can offer flexible schedules, whether you are looking for full time, part time, evening or weekend hours, day, swing or graveyard shifts.

Our minimum hiring requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or G.E.D and be able to provide evidence of your legal right to work in the U.S.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Guard License issued by the state (Universal Protection Service will assist you in applying for this license if you do not currently possess one).
Successfully complete all new hire paperwork and orientation, including a post-offer/pre-placement drug and alcohol screen and background/reference checks.
Be able to perform the essential functions of the job for which you are applying, with or without reasonable accommodation (such requirements will be reviewed at the time of your application).
Have reliable transportation (includes public transportation) and the ability for us to readily communicate with you (a working phone, cell phone or pager).
* Vehicle Patrol and Roving Officers must be minimum 25 years of age and have 0 points on DMV report for last 3 years*
