Job: Medical Management System Support Analyst

North Americian Medical Management has an opportunity for the right candidate as Medical Management System Support Analyst in our Ontario location.
*Responsible for Medical Management reporting, i.e.: scheduled reports, report design, QC and modifications
*Supports department through management and interpretation of data, project management, process improvement activities and group facilitation
*Gathers, analyzes, and reports on data in support of business cases, projects and utilization requirements
*Lead in the planning, design, development, modifications and deployment of all Medical Management reports used across the organization
Liaison between Medical Management and I.T. department for reporting needs

High School or GED. AA or higher degree in education or Business Admin preferred
3 -5yrs in managed care industry
1-3yres of business analysis experience preferred
Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint plus Business Objectives and Crystal report writing applications
Working knowledge of medical terminology, ICD9, CPT, HCPC codes
Requires strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written
