Job: Graphic Designer - Electric Visual

Electric Visual’s softgood’s division is in search of an individual with strong graphic design experience to join the team. Please note that this position will be based out of Volcom’s corporate office in Costa Mesa.

Responsibilities Include:

-The design of both inline and SMU product that meets the directional goals, pricing and schedule set by key accounts

-The completion of all technical packages for styles

-Work closely with the softgoods designer to create amazing graphics for the product

-Involvement in meetings with key accounts

-Participation in sales meetings and trade shows

Position Requirements:

-Understanding of production methods, developmental lead times and materials/construction required

-Minimum of 2 years experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with SMU experience in the action sports industry

-Understanding of Electric’s target market

-The ability manage multiple projects on set deadlines

-Ability to excel under pressure and meet strict deadlines

-Ability to work overtime when necessary

-Advanced knowledge of Illustrator, PhotoShop and MS Office

-Design degree preferred
