Job: Technicians / Senior Technicians

Valvoline Instant Oil Change is looking for motivated and experienced Technicians and Senior Technicians to work at any of our 12 locations in Los Angeles County. Technicians should have experience in automotive or retail. However, if you do not,
but are willing to learn and have an enthusiastic attitude and a strong desire to learn and
move up within a company, we want you to consider a career with us. We have a
comprehensive training program to ensure individuals within the position are equipped to
succeed as Technician. A Technician is responsible for performing the services we provide to
customers who seek Valvoline Instant Oil Change to service their preventative automotive
needs. Additional responsibilities as a Senior Technician may include being trained and
certified in our Technician Training Program, which is a 2 to 4 week paid training program,
and becoming a keyholder (Manager on Duty). A Technician must be able to complete the
technical aspects of working in a quick lube.

The responsibilities for this position include:
*Ensure proper adherence to all of our company policy and procedures
*Be technically proficient in administering our basic and additional services
*Senior Technicians may be responsible for basic administrative needs of Service Center
and opening or closing of a Service Center
