you. A Service Center Manager should have previous management experience in automotive or retail. We also have a comprehensive managerial training and certification program to ensure individuals within the position are equipped to succeed as a manager of a successful business. A Service Center Manager is responsible for building and leading a high performance team capable of differentiating our service experience from all other quick lube providers. In addition to physically working on automobiles and taking care of customers, the Service Center Manager will train, develop and manage hourly employees on following and implementing Company policies and procedures.
