Position Description
Manages the organizational, supervisory, and clinical tasks in the role of leading and supervising the social workers and their functions in the hospital. The supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Case Management and takes an active role in the strategizing, planning and implementation of the operations as they relate to the social workers.

Job Specification
[Required] Current LCSW license and a minimum of 2 years supervisory hospital experience. Demonstrates a keen sense of possibilities and intuitive understanding of the social work role in the hospital. Ability to maintain a culture of open, constructive and respectful communication; listens and speaks effectively.
