Job: Warehouse Receiving Supervisor

Starcrest Products of California, Inc., is a growing retail catalog company looking for a Receiving Supervisor to manage the receiving function at our on-site Distribution Center.

Responsibilities include supervising up to nine employees, track incoming stock and merchandise delivered to our warehouse, inspecting merchandise coming off trucks for damage and comparing counts to packing lists. He or she will manage all paperwork, ensuring accurate counts and received merchandise is accounted for by processing freight bills and packing lists with an in-house computerized software program. Assisting in other warehouse operations as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Some College and/or a Certificate in Logistics or Business Administration.
  
• 3 years of supervisory experience with at least 9 employees in a warehouse setting.
  
• Must possess the ability to multi-task in a highly organized manner, and be able to cope in an energetic, fast paced type of environment.
  
• Must have average/ to above average math skills, along with some computer skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required.
  
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  
• Must be able to operate lift equipment.
