Job: Merchandise Quality Control Coordinator

Starcrest Products of California, Inc., a premier catalog company, is looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join our team. Come and be a part of the process that ensures our customers that merchandise offered by Starcrest meets or exceeds their standards. Review products, present findings, and make recommendations for future catalog mailings. Work closely with management to solve product issues by calling customers to identify why product performance may be less than perfect. Update and track sales information, complete forms for management review, and assist in the clerical functions of the department.

This job is perfect for an enthusiastic individual who has basic computer skills, enjoys working in a team environment, can follow instructions and benefits from constructive criticism. A strong clerical background is necessary and some retail experience is preferred.
