Job: Financial Leadership Development Program Full Time - MDR - JTSR

The AT&T Financial Leadership Program (FLP) is a fast track, three-year leadership development program designed to cultivate the future business leaders of the AT&T Finance Organization.

Participants in this program complete three, one-year job rotations within our Finance Organization. Rotations are offered in many different areas of corporate finance, as well as financial analyst positions in our business units and regions. Examples of job rotations could include:

Business Case Development
Corporate Controllers/Accounting
Corporate Planning
Corporate Strategy
Financial Analysis
Forecasting
Investor Relations
Regional Business Unit Finance
Treasury

Training, mentoring and networking are key components of the AT&T FLP. Participants also have the opportunity to learn from AT&T senior management. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are placed in a broad range of challenging AT&T Finance positions.

Locations varied throughout the U.S.

Candidates must be completing an MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration, and possess excellent academic credentials (i.e. GPA of 3.5 or higher), as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Targeted candidates have more than three years of relevant work experience.


Other requirements include:

Geographic mobility upon graduation and while in the program.
Some primary work locations may include but not limited to Dallas and San Antonio, Texas; San Ramon, California; Hoffman Estates, IL; Bedminster, New Jersey; Atlanta, GA.
Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or possess Permanent Work Authorization
