Job: Volcom San Diego- Assistant Manager

Requirements:
- Industry experience/knowledge is required.
- At least 1+ years of assistant management experience preferred or related experience.
- Superior customer service and sales skills a must!
- Must be able to work nights/weekends/ Holidays as scheduled.
- Management and merchandising experience is a must.
- Proven ability to lead and develop an effective sales team.
- Professional, team-player, independent and motivated a must.
- Industry knowledge, lifestyle and/or experience preferred (including surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, motoX)
- Part-time hours will be approximately 20-25 hours/week
- Local residents preferred
