• Must have experience in Generating Invoices in QuickBooks. • Must also be proficient with General Microsoft office programs Excel, Word, Access, etc… •Must have very good written, verbal and phone communication skills. • Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written. • Detail-oriented proficiency with good organizational skills • Clerical tasks as assigned, including mail distribution, typing, filing, copying, and general correspondence. • Be very flexible, patient, and a multi-tasker. •Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
