Work with elementary school age children in an after school enrichment program to improve children's in-school academic performance. Developing and facilitating creative lessons. Communicate with parents, teachers and staff on student progress.

Skills / Requirements

Available everyday during the hours of 2pm-6pm. 12 units of Early Childhood Education or after-school program related units (e.g. Psychology, Sociology) preferred. Minimum six months experience working with children required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Must pass elementary Math and English exam.

Important Notes

Background clearance to include: fingerprinting, TB test, physical and drug test must be completed and cleared prior to employment beginning.
