Requirements
Job Description and Qualifications:

Sales Representatives will sell health insurance to individuals and families who have recently received COBRA election notices by offering a more affordable health insurance option than COBRA. We are looking for candidates that meet the following qualifications:

· 2+ years of successful insurance sales experience with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas

· 2+ years working in an inbound and outbound call center environment

· Must be articulate and project a presence of success and professionalism

· Must be self motivated with an excellent work ethic and possess a high sense of urgency

· Must work well with minimal supervision and adhere to a designated work schedule

· Must possess excellent computer and navigational skills

· Bi-lingual a plus

· California Life Agent Resident or California Non-Resident License is a requirement of this position. Licensed in all 50 states highly preferred

· High school diploma or equivalent
