Typical Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage and oversee integrated deployment services for Southern California Edison (SCE) programs and projects. Typical responsibilities include: acting as a key consultant to management for both functional and broad business issues; interfacing with business partners in order to successfully manage multiple projects; managing horizontal coordination and integration of deployment activities for projects, customer facing functions, or critical SCE internal functions; performing change impact assessments to identify deployment efforts and impacts to people, process and technology; planning and performing required Technology Readiness, Data Readiness, Organization Readiness activities; planning and performing required Cutover and Operations Transition Support activities; leading and maintaining governance across deployment activities for assigned projects; tracking and monitoring the progress of projects; presenting project status and results to management; resolving project related issues; and performing other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have three or more years of project management experience.

Core Competencies:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, or Technical Discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Typically possesses five or more years experience in organizational programs, contract management, or deployment.
- Typically possesses two or more years of supervisory or program management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing application, infrastructure, operation improvements, and/ or business process improvement projects.
- Demonstrated experience consulting with clients, including independently identifying client needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results.
- Demonstrated project management experience including, developing project plans, overseeing the formal tracking and monitoring of project performance, project governance, identifying resources, and presenting project status and results to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading and/or collaborating with cross functional teams in order to develop complex business solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of staff across business units, including senior management, in order to communicate project information.
- Demonstrated ability to promote a strong team environment in the workplace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Project.
- Must demonstrate excellent business mastery, including the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks and safety appropriately, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Must demonstrate excellent management mastery, including effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and staying current with relevant technology and innovation.
- Must demonstrate strong personal mastery, including ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.
