Jobing Description
We are a property management company that has been in the mobilehome park industry since 1989. We only manage the properties that we own and all of our 16 communities are located throughout California. The available position will be based out of our corporate office in Costa Mesa where we are currently looking to expand our office space to accommodate the growth we have recently experienced. Our growth is mostly defined by how many properties we own and manage. We are currently in an aggressive acquisition mode having added two properties to our portfolio within the last twelve months. We are anticipating acquiring more communities in the future, and have an acquisitions department to help us accomplish that goal.

This position will be responsible for the following:
Compliance with community residency documents, such as Rules and regulations, Leases, rental agreements. Keep our existing records current, including residency agreement expirations.

Assist with compliance of new annual laws and existing laws which affect our industry.

Assist the owner with projects as needed.

You will need to talk to managers of our communities that will mostly pertain to compliance issues and policy procedures. Assist with training new managers and answering questions for our existing managers.

You will also be talking to residents, helping resolve their issues.

ALWAYS, bring new ideas to the table. We will want to hear your opinions.

You must be flexible.

Skills / Requirements
We have a very close-knit team. We are looking for a candidate who works extremely well with others. Also we need candidates who understand the importance of a professional appareance to represent our company!

We have a very busy office. We know that when advertising mostly all employers use buzz words like: fast paced environment, multi tasking, must be able to work under minimal supervision etc.

We stress that this truly is the case for us. We are really, really busy. Please do not apply for this position if your main strengths are not organizational skills, a common sense thought process and able to work under pressure.

Furthermore, if you do not know Excel you will hate working for us. You must also be suitably impressive with your letter writing skills and quick witted enough to help with advertising ideas. Internet resourcefulness is an absolute must.

We can give you longevity, stability in addition to a phenomenal benefit package but you have to work very hard and have a quick thinking, analytical brain! No compromising!
