Job: Direct Care/Support Staff

Pathway Inc. is a Supportive Living/Community Integration Agency established in 1994. Pathway serves Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

We are currently looking for Direct Care/Support Staff to join our team. As a Direct Care Staff, you will be assisting Developmentally Disabled individuals in their homes with budgeting, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning and other duties not mentioned.

1 year experience working with Developmentally Disabled individuals preferred

Must have current driver's license

Social Security Card

Must be able to pass criminal background check

Current car insurance and registration

Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent (must show proof)

DMV Printout of driving history

Tuberculosis clearance (within the last year)

CPR and First Aid is a plus
