Job: A/P Representative (Temporary)

If this sounds good so far, keep reading. Lyon Apartment Companies is looking for experienced candidates for a temporary A/P Representative position at our corporate office in Newport Beach. This is a Full-Time Temporary position that will last until February 2010. Hours will be Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Job Responsiblities will include but are not limited to:
- Entering payables
- Processing batches
- Reviewing invoices from apartment properties
- Matching checks copies to paid invoices
- Computer input
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Prior A/P experience
- Good communication
- Computer literacy in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Basic filing knowledge and experience
- Prior experience with Yardi is strongly desired
