Typical Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will model, analyze, develop, implement, and maintain large complex .Net applications using VB.Net and Oracle platforms. Typical responsibilities will include: modeling business processes and recommending process improvements and applicable technologies for his/her application portfolio; devising alternative and innovative solutions to address complex business issues; performing system support, problem diagnostics and initiating problem resolution using .Net and UNIX scripting; coordinating application enhancements with multiple groups; creating and modifying complex SQL; working with stored procedures; participating in a 24 x 7 rotational on-call support team; interfacing and collaborating with clients, vendors, and other systems personnel at management and non-management levels to develop and maintain positive working relationships; developing and delivering presentations; and performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have two or more years experience working with VB.Net. Must have two or more years experience working with Oracle. Must have two or more years experience creating and modifying complex SQL.

Core Competencies:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technologies or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Typically possesses eight or more years' combined experience performing systems analysis, system requirements, computer programming, and product or technology evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience performing system support, problem diagnostics and initiating problem resolution using .Net and UNIX scripting.
- Typically possesses two or more years working with stored procedures.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing information, integrating people processes, systems, and technologies, and making sound decisions.
- Demonstrated experience modeling business processes and recommending process improvements and applicable technologies.
- Demonstrated experience completing multiple projects and/or assignments concurrently.
- Demonstrated experience interfacing and collaborating with clients, vendors, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Willingness to work on a 24 x 7 rotational on-call support team.
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Must demonstrate excellent business mastery, including the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks and safety appropriately, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Comments:
Additional testing may be required as part of the selection process for this position. The work location may change to Rancho Cucamonga.

Preferences:
Demonstrated knowledge of Rational ClearCase. Demonstrated knowledge of SAP/XI interfaces.
