Job: Leadership Development Program (Internship) West Region JTSR

The LDP Internship Program is designed for graduate and undergraduate students who are within one year of graduation. This 10-12 week summer program offers high caliber students an excellent opportunity to do challenging work while evaluating their compatibility with AT&T. Participants are a diverse group of talented individuals with a variety of educational backgrounds who are expected to exemplify AT&T's highest standards of performance, ethics, and leadership. The AT&T LDP Internship Program gives you a jump start into a career with an ever-evolving leader in the telecommunications industry. MBA or Masters
Technical or Business Undergraduate degree
Final year before graduation
Minimum 3.2 GPA (on 4.0 scale)
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communications skills, written and verbal
Experience holding a minimum of two officer roles in extra-curricular organizations or relevant work history that reflects experience in directly supervising others, delegating tasks and resolving conflicts
U.S. citizen or permanent resident
