Job Duties:
Provide administrative support to the Employment Works Program including compiling information and preparing reports and correspondence, facilitating meeting preparation, processing monthly billing information, maintenance of the Services Delivery Schedule, direction and coordination of Employment Training Specialists and Job Coordinator services and other duties as assigned. Skills / Requirements
High School or GED required; some college coursework in business or related area preferred. Two to three years relevant experience. Proficient in MS office, effective oral and written communication, bilingual Spanish preferred but not required. Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance and a DMV record, which is acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance company.
