We are currently seeking a Job Developer

Our Job Developers develop relationships with private industry to obtain placements for participants in Goodwill programs. Assesses applicants to determine their needs and facilitates their training and placement accordingly. Maintain relevant documentation. Makes public speaking presentations to companies, organizations, expressing interest in hiring people who are disadvantaged.

High School diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred.

One to two years experience working with a variety of people with different barriers to employment.

Previous background in sales desirable.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Effective writing skills. Bi-Lingual Spanish skills desired.

Have own reliable vehicle, a valid California Drivers License, liability insurance, and DMV record which is acceptable to Goodwill's insurance company.
