Job: ETS - Employment Training Specialist / Job Coach - Various Programs

We are currently seeking an ETS - Employment Training Specialist / Job Coach

Provide supervision, training and support to adults with disabilities in community businesses and other job sites to assist in career development and to ensure integrated employment outcomes. This position also provides consultation to employers regarding hiring, training, supervising and supporting adults with disabilities; ensures the quality of work at community or employer job sites; and completes required program documentation.

High School Diploma or GED.

Two years experience working with developmentally disabled adults.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Effective writing skills to prepare program documentation.

Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance at time of applying.
