Job: Senior Property Manager

Privately-held national Commercial Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a Senior Property Manager to manage retail, office, and industrial national assets. Company is well-established and successful; aggressively acquiring and managing under-performing commercial properties in the United States.

We are ONLY seeking candidates with Commercial Real Estate management experience. Those with only residential management experience need NOT apply.

• Minimum 7- 10 years Commercial property management including value-add assets.
  
• National property management preferred
  
• Prefer experience working for a private, family-owned company
  
• Solid experience in commercial construction, leasing, vendor management, and budgeting/forecasting
  
• Experience working directly with ownership
  
• Strong verbal, written and critical thinking skills
  
• Bachelors Degree
  
• Real Estate credentials including ICSC membership
  
• Monthly national travel
