Job: District Sales Representative

Mosaic Employer Solutions is a rapidly growing company providing outsourced payroll and human resource solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. The District Sales Representative is expected to:

• Increase market share through new client acquisition within an assigned geographic territory
• Identify new business opportunities through telephone prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, networking and trade shows
• Present Mosaic’s services and software applications to business owners, executives and payroll/human resource professionals
• Develop and maintain professional referral channels
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly sales goals
• Maintain contact with existing client base to ensure client retention and generate referral opportunities
• Continually build product knowledge through participation in periodic training sessions
• Update prospect and client base daily through sales automation system (Goldmine)
• Work independently from Home Office

Bachelors degree or 3-4 years of business to business sales experience in a commission and quota driven environment required. The candidate should possess strong prospecting, networking, presentation and interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate a proven ability to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas. Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required. Background check required.

Mosaic’s strategic marketing plan is designed to support the efforts of District Sales Representatives through brand awareness and lead generation. Our competitive compensation plan includes a starting base salary of 36k-42k, commissions, bonuses, and auto allowance. Target Compensation 1st year is 60k-75k.
