Penny Lane's Mission is to foster hopes and dreams by empowering children, youth, and families to reach their highest potential. We are currently seeking a Facilitator.

The Facilitator is responsible for managing the Wraparound process within a Child and Family Team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other team members, systems, public and private agencies, and community support systems.

Penny Lane Centers is a non-profit organization offering an array of children's social services in Southern California in the areas of Adoption, Family Preservation, Foster Care, Mental Health, Residential Treatment Facilities, Transitional Services and Wraparound Services.

    Skills / Requirements

    Requires one of the following to considered for an interview:

  • Master's degree (M.A.) in a social services related field with at least 1 year of experience working with children and/or families
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in a social services related field with at least 2 years of experience working with children and/or families
  • Bachelor's degree in a non- social services related field with at least 3 years of experience working with children and/or families
  • High School Diploma with at least 3 years of direct service experience in a Wraparound program.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish Required
