The Human Resource Management Association shall exist to promote the understanding of the Human Resource Profession among college students. To encourage active participation in human relations research. To provide a link between business and education and enhance career path opportunities for college students and provide access to the services provided by PIHRA and SHRM to students interested in Human Resource as a potential career.
