WHO: Pinnacle Travel Services, LLC is a privately owned travel agency based near downtown Los Angeles, Riverside and El Segundo (opening Fall 2005). Formed by President and C.E.O. Robert Singh along with Executive Vice-President and C.O.O. Chris Winchell, the management staff brings a wealth of travel experience. Employing over 500 full-time travel professionals, with vast airline and other travel backgrounds, PTS meets the needs of a discriminating travel clientele.

WHEN:

Handling over 1,000 incoming calls a day on average, PTS took its very first call in the Los Angeles Call Center on September 15, 1999.

WHERE:

The Riverside Call Center is located at 3550 Vine Street in Riverside, California. The center is situated just off the I-91 and the Mission Inn Avenue off-ramp, just a few minutes away from the University of California at Riverside.

The El Segundo Call Center is located at 185 South Douglas Street just minutes from LAX. Located just off the intersection of El Segundo & South Douglas, the center is across the street from the Los Angeles Air Force Base.

PTS is located at 1055 Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. The office is situated on the corner of Wilshire and Bixel Street, just a heartbeat away from downtown.
