Professionals In Human Resources And Management Association promotes the interests and expands the knowledge of students in the fields of Management and Human Resources. CSUN PIHRA/MA is the student chapter of PIHRA and provides personal and professional development opportunities to its members through their participation in various Management and Human Resources events. PIHRA/MA achieves this by providing guest speakers, identifying and encouraging participation in professional outreach activities, and offering leadership opportunities.
