The services provided by the Riverside County Office of Education are administered by seven divisions.
• Office of the Superintendent
The Riverside County Superintendent of Schools oversees and supports the efforts of each division of the Riverside County Office of Education, a service agency providing fiscal and administrative services, training, support and services to 23 local school districts, and direct instruction to 60,000 students in special programs.

• Office of the Deputy Superintendent
Administration and Business Services
The Deputy Superintendent is responsible for the division of Administration and Business Services. This division is made up of seven departments that provide a wide-range of operational, financial, facility, technology, and legislative support services to Riverside County school districts, community colleges, and the internal operations for the Riverside County Office of Education. These departments are distributed into seven primary areas:

• Children and Family ServicesThe division of Children and Family Services oversees a wide variety of federal and state funded programs serving young children and families, and focusing on children from low income families to help them receive early education and preparation for entrance into public school.
