The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Orange County was established in 1986 in Santa Ana, California.

HCOC is a no-profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors. Membership includes small and mid-sized business, public and private entities and large corporations. The Chamber is an affiliate of the California Chamber of Commerce and the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

The goals of the chamber are:

To promote economic programs to strengthen and expand the income potential of Hispanic businesses with the trade area.
To create a better image, understanding and appreciation of the importance of the Hispanic Market
To participate as partners in support of civic, social, cultural and legislative programs designed to enhance the quality of life of the Hispanic community and the business opportunities of our members.
To provide large corporations an avenue to diversify their supplier and employee base, and to show the community that they are good corporate citizens.
