Since its founding as Global Investment Concepts in November 1990, Global Dining Inc. of California has achieved steady growth in the ever-changing world of the Los Angeles restaurant industry.

Perhaps one important reason for this growth is our belief that a restaurant must provide more than simply meals and drinks. We have always striven to provide our customers with a memorable and entertaining experience, both through our service and the design and decor of our establishments.

We have sought to create a new and necessary facet of contemporary urban lifestyles, and we feel that this has proven to be the key role of the modern restaurant business.

It is also our conviction that nothing of true value and relevance to the times, results from merely following trends and surface appearances.

Value must be a result of a refusal to be satisfied with the status quo and a continuing effort to improve upon it. It is our policy to review every aspect of our facilities and work environment, constantly introducing newer and better ideas.

We also believe that our employees need to have a sense of pride and identity in their jobs. This is because the only way to offer better service is to build a better company, through the efforts of all employees.

A CUSTOMER'S NEEDS MAY NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED.

Keeping the cardinal rule is the responsibility of ALL employees, and will ultimately lead to customer satisfaction. They work hand-in-hand.

Anyone who has been in the industry for any length of time has found that restaurants are team-oriented, i.e. cooperation and coordination of all activities.  We at Global Dining of California, believe in teamwork with everyone from Chief Operating Officer down to dishwasher to achieve our ultimate goal which is, customer satisfaction in every part of dining.

Restaurants are known for their many operations happening simultaneously in tight, crowded, stressful quarters in often chaotic conditions - these are reasons enough that mutual respect for others and communication will be the key to everything.

One detail missing from the above philosophies is that a successful restaurant business is also highly dependent upon one more crucial element - FUN!!  We all spend far too much time working not to derive some other benefit (other than monetary) from our work space. We are firm believers that if it's not fun, it's not right. We're sure you will do your best to achieve this!
