Since inception, The Company has acquired a diverse commercial real estate portfolio in Central, Southern and Northern California. In early 2006, The Company formed a joint venture with an institutional pension fund manager to form Abbey-Properties III Fund Number One LLC ("Fund One") with approximately $70 million in committed equity capital.

In addition, Nittany Lion Landscaping Services ("NL Services"), a licensed contractor and affiliate of The Company employs over 120 people and has a 15 year history of supplying The Company's portfolio with quality property-level services and tenant improvements within a quicker time frame, and at a significant cost savings over other service providers.
