Profile: Building Industry Association - Baldy View Chapter

Since 1938, the Building Industry Association (BIA), Baldy View Chapter has remained committed to providing Inland Valley families with access to the "American Dream" of home ownership. The Baldy View Chapter, which oversees the San Bernardino County region, is a member of the California Building Industry Association - a statewide trade association representing nearly 6,000 businesses - homebuilders, remodelers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, designers, and other industry professionals. The Baldy View Chapter is committed to providing leadership on public policy issues that promote building quality communities for the region’s growing population, to increase the public appreciation of the importance of housing and those who provide it, and to facilitate improved business opportunities for its members. The Baldy View Chapter is the official voice of the homebuilding industry for the San Bernardino County region and is part of an overall statewide organization consisting of more than 6,000 member companies. The Baldy View Chapter advocates for local legislative and administrative reforms that promote the building industry.
