About Larson Training Centers

In 1989 Dale and Myrna Larson introduced Southern California to the concept of short-term training through Larson Training Centers, Inc. They had implemented this method of concentrated teaching for insurance companies, medical providers and government agencies in the Pacific Northwest.

 Larson Training Centers, Inc. pioneered training in California for the Medical Insurance/Claims communities. Listening to the needs of their employer partners, Dale and Myrna developed and implemented Medical Claims processing and Billing training program to respond to the needs of the medical insurance communities. The direct impact of this major decision stimulated a network of vocational schools to follow their lead and create similar programs in medical insurance billing and coding. 

Larson Training Centers, Inc. continues to strive for the most marketable approach for training its student body. We maintain a well-researched and refined curriculum, which is the only way to properly educate and prepare our clients for employment. Classes are taught both with an “individual student” and “teacher-led” basis with practical application, assuring the graduate a high level of confidence and command of the subject matter for which they are trained.

All of our instructors are certified by the BPPVE (Bureau for Private Post-Secondary and Vocational Education)
